Let's Hear Your B2B Training Stories

For my part, I just let JP tow my sorry butt down to Bridgewater and back. And if that wasn't bad enough, we ran across one of the Team Fugi horses, which upped the avg. another 3 mph for 10 miles while he and JP chattered away. Things got so bad at one point I had to pull the always difficult simultaneous double pinch flat.

(Of course, with a tailwind coming home, I was actually doing all the draft work in the back.)

Beautiful day for pain, though.

I hear Ashley spent all day on the bike on Saturday. Get out and ride everyone!

Some S.Shore BHCCr's got in 90+ this AM. Roman, Foley, Discullo and myself rolled through the hinterlands over to Plymouth and back up the Duxbury and Marshfield coast. Story of the day was a spill by Roman. Bounced off the pavement and proceeded to hammer all the way home. He's going to need some new bibs though...

Oh great, someone cutting in on the the last thing I do better than anyone else.

I spent Sunday working on my sunburn at the PMC Kids Ride in Wellesley, does that count?

Did a spin Sunday morn on down to the South Shore and threw in some climbs around the Blue Hills on the way out and back (just so flat down there). Was sorely tempted to pay a visit to the muffin maidens, but wind was beginning to pick up and wanted to keep pace up, ride without break.

Looking forward to those rides after B2B where I will definitely stop in and say hi to the muffin maidens of Scituate and have a muffin and coffee out on the bench there.

Glad to hear Mark is getting his crashes in now rather than on the B2B ;-)

I've been doing 15 second sprint intervals. Getting ready to compete for all 49 town line sprints on the trek from Boton to Winsor, Vt. I'm banking on you guys pulling me the entire distance between town lines...

Sorry, but by leaving an hour earlier I will have pipped you for all 49 (I hope).
